I help women in midlife go after the life they set aside for everyone else, and finally build the one they've dreamed of.
Maybe you've thought about writing a book, launching a podcast, or building something that's actually, finally yours.
You've joined programs, hired coaches, or enrolled in masterminds, but something always felt off.
Like the advice made sense on paper — but it wasn't quite written for you.
Because truthfully, it wasn't.
Here's what was actually missing ... you didn't need another framework.
You needed someone who believed in you before you did.
You needed someone who understood your battle with competing priorities and excuses. You needed someone who could show you how to get there, despite everything in the way.
That's the part nobody hands you in a workbook, or teaches on a stage.
It's not the plan holding you back.
It's the belief that the plan doesn't apply to you. And the belief that you probably don't have what it takes to do it anyway.
That's where I come in.

Once upon a time, I had a life that looked exactly right.
The roles were filled. The boxes were checked. And from the outside, it all made sense. I was busy, I was capable, always moving, always needed.
But inside, I had become a stranger to myself.
Some women experience a dramatic event or moment that makes them question the direction of the life they are living. For me, it was quieter than that. It was just a slow, creeping awareness that everything around me had been built for everyone except me.
So I did what I knew how to do. I kept going. I worked harder, stayed busier, and told myself that someday it would be my turn. Someday when things settle. Someday when the kids are older. Someday when I've earned it.
You already know how that story goes.
What I didn't know then, what took me years to learn, is that reinvention doesn't arrive when you're ready. It arrives when you stop waiting to feel ready. And truth be told, I had been waiting a very long time.
I knew I had to reinvent my life. I needed to reevaluate who I was, what I wanted, and what I was no longer willing to keep waiting for.
I'd like to tell you I believed it would work. I didn't. I thought I was too late, too far behind, and probably kidding myself.
I did it anyway. Badly, and in the cracks of a life that was still happening around me.
I started writing. Then I started creating. Slowly and imperfectly, I started following a roadmap to my destination.
Yet, somewhere in the middle of all of it, I realized that this was the work I was meant to do. Not because I have it all figured out, but because I've walked this path.
That's how Unscripted was born. I built it for women just like me. Women living a real, complicated, still-unfolding life — and for every woman who is done waiting and ready to start building a life that is unapologetically hers.
This isn't just my work.
It's my calling.
A path from a want you've never said out loud to a vision, a plan, and the first real steps toward achieving it.
You stop performing the version everyone expects from you and admit what isn't working.
You say what you want out loud, without apology, and without justifying it to anyone.
You test what you want, in small measurable ways, to find out what actually fits you.
You stop waiting for permission and start building the life you want on your terms.
My Promise To You
You won't do any of this alone. I'll be there for every stage of it with you -
the parts that fill you with excitement, and the parts where you'll want to quit and go back to being who everyone else needs you to be.
And on the days you struggle to believe that any of this is possible for you, no worries. I'll hold the belief for you until you're ready to take it back for yourself.
I believe the most powerful thing one woman can do for another is simply this: show her what's possible.
I believe the moment a woman sees someone who looks like her, lives like her, and has been through what she's been through — standing on the other side of her own reinvention, everything changes for her.
Not because she was given a strategy, but because she was given proof.
So I started noticing the women in my circle. Like, really looking.
I saw women standing exactly where I once stood.
Capable. Accomplished. Full of lived wisdom.
Yet still somehow convinced that the life they actually wanted was either too late, too selfish, or too much to ask for.
I noticed how many women were quietly sitting on books they'd never written, dreams they'd never pursued, and versions of themselves they'd never quite given permission to exist.
It wasn't because they lacked the ability, but because nobody had ever looked them in the eye and said..."it's your turn."
That's why my mission exists.
To be the bridge. To go first.
To walk beside you, because I've been where you are now.
I want to help you unmask what isn't working, unleash what you've been holding back, uncover what's actually yours, and live unapologetically unscripted.
I don't believe in cookie-cutter strategies or someone else's version of your reinvention.
This isn't about becoming someone else's version of successful.
It's about building the version of you that's been waiting her turn.

I'm an author, speaker, and trauma-informed coach helping women in midlife who spent years showing up for everyone else finally show up fully for themselves.
I'm also the founder of Unscripted — a movement and community for women who are done living by everyone else's script.
Welcome to my little corner of the internet. Stay as long as you need.
