You'd never say it out loud, but you think it: this can't be all there is.
You held everyone else together through the hard chapters, the quiet sacrifices, and for years, put yourself last.
But, the things you wanted for yourself are still out there.
And if part of you is thinking that's not really possible for me —
you don't have to believe it yet. You just need proof that it is.
You know something needs to change. You can feel it.
But knowing something needs to change and knowing how to change it are two different things.
In four minutes, this quiz shows you where you are, what's in your way, and what it would actually take to get the life you wanted.
You don't have to have it all figured out yet. You just have to be willing to find out.
You didn't stumble onto this page by accident...
Something inside you has been quietly building to this moment for a while now.
You built a life full of roles, obligations, and surrounded yourself with people who needed you.
A life full of everything, really — except you.
Because somewhere along the way, you disappeared into it.
The pressures stacked up, the expectations multiplied, and you became the one who kept things running, kept everyone else together, and quietly set your own dreams on a shelf labeled "someday."
And now...
"someday" feels both closer and more impossible than ever.
Here's what nobody tells you about midlife: the restlessness isn't the problem.
In fact, it may well be the first accurate thing you've felt in years.
It's not a crisis and it's not a phase. It's information.
That resentment you've never said out loud. That longing you talked yourself out of. That sense that time is starting to matter.
None of it is weakness.
It's the woman in you who never agreed to disappear. And she still wants what she wanted.
And I'm in the middle of this reinvention chapter too.
I'm not writing to you from the other side of some perfectly packaged transformation.
I'm writing to you from inside the same midlife awakening you're navigating right now.
I'm an author, a speaker, a podcast host, and a trauma-informed coach, but honestly, before any of that…I'm just a woman who has been where you are.
Just like you, I've sat in the wreckage of relationships, identities, and versions of myself I thought were permanent.
For years I was buried under roles I didn't choose, responsibilities I couldn't put down, and obligations that became my whole identity.
I know what it costs to keep showing up when everything inside you is quietly asking for something more. And, I know how long it takes to believe anything can actually change.
Unscripted isn't an idea I built from the outside looking in. It's what I needed and couldn't find, so I built it myself. For you, and for all women like us.
Welcome.
I'm so glad you're here.

Each of these women started in different places.
A different story. A different dream. A different version of enough.
But every one of them found out the same thing: the dream she'd shelved was still reachable.

"I feel honored to share with whoever reads this that there is hope. Sarah knows what she is doing, and she helped me find mine again."

"I have had a complete transformation. Sarah shifted my perspective to the point where I am genuinely a different person, and I'm so grateful."
Important Note:
While my programs are primarily created for women, the ripple of this work reaches beyond gender.
Here's how one client describes what changed for him...

"Working with Sarah helped me discover the beliefs and behaviours I unknowingly allowed to hold me back. I'm beyond confident recommending her."
Pick the path that matches where you are right now.

Private coaching for the woman who's done figuring it out alone. Work with me - someone who sees you, believes in you, and will walk beside you.

A guided group program to help you believe what you want is possible, find the courage to go after it, and take your first real steps toward it.

Finally write your book and tell the story only you can tell.
Become a published co-author, and be the proof another woman is waiting for.

The slow disappearance nobody warns you about...

Why "finding yourself" is the wrong instruction at 55...

The particular grief of realizing you had time all along...
Every day I meet women who are strong, capable, and full of lived wisdom. Women who gave their best years to everyone who needed them. Though somewhere in there, they decided time had passed them by — that the dreams and goals their younger selves wanted, they don't get to want anymore.
They're wrong.
But being told that has never once been enough — not for them, and probably not for you.
The clock is ticking. Not toward an ending, but toward a beginning that you've quietly written off for years.
Here's what I know about women like you: you don't lack courage. And, you don't lack capability. What you've lost isn't the dream. You can still name it. What you've lost is any belief that it's still available to you.
You're not waiting for permission. You're waiting for proof that it's still possible for you.
So we don't start with a leap. We start with evidence. Just one piece at a time, until the goals and dreams you shelved feel possible again.
I'm an author, speaker, and trauma-informed coach helping women in midlife who spent years showing up for everyone else finally show up fully for themselves.
I'm also the founder of Unscripted — a movement and community for women who are done living by everyone else's script.
Welcome to my little corner of the internet. Stay as long as you need.
