Is Your Story Ready To Be Told?

You've been carrying the weight of your story for years. Some people know parts of it, but nobody's heard the whole thing.

Lately you've started to wonder if it's time. Not to relive it, but to tell it; on purpose, the whole way through.

Then the questions start...

Where would it even go? A book, a talk, some other meaningful conversation? And underneath those, the question that stops you every time: is it a story worth telling at all?

The answer: it is.

Not because it's dramatic entertainment, but because there's a woman somewhere in the world who needs to hear it so that she can find her own courage.

So the question isn't whether it should be told — it's what telling it looks like for you.

In four minutes, this quiz tells you where you are with it, what's holding it back, and what telling it would actually take.

You don't have to be ready. You just have to be curious.

You didn't stumble onto this page by accident...

Something happened to you. Maybe it was years ago now.

However, you got through it and then you got on with it, life that is.

You mastered the roles, the work, and were always there for the people who needed you.

Most days, nobody would even know that triggers still affect what you do and how you do it.

But you didn't come this far just to survive.

There's a story in you that's never been told the whole way through.

I'm sure there are days you think it's time to tell it. While on other days, you talk yourself out of it.

Because, after all, who would actually want to hear it, and what good would it do anyway to bring it all up again.

Maybe you're already coaching, leading, or advocating for others in your work.

Ironically, the thing that would make you the best at it is the one thing you've kept out of the room.

Maybe you're not entirely sure now is even the right time.

You just know that the years you spent surviving and healing shouldn't have been for nothing.

Whatever you decide, your story is important, and you're in the right place.

I know exactly how you feel. Not because I studied it, but because I lived it too.

"There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you."

- Maya Angelou

Hey There, I'm Sarah...

I've been where you are.

I know what it feels like to carry a powerful story and wonder if, or how, it's meant to be shared.

I'm a trauma survivor. I know what it costs to carry something heavy for years and not be able to share it with anyone.

What changed things for me wasn't more healing. It was writing my thoughts and emotions down into words. I discovered that the thing I'd kept to myself my entire adult life was the thing that let me tell another woman I understood her struggle, and mean it.

Today I help women do the same. Not simply process their story — write it. A chapter, a book, or the whole messy truth in your own words, with someone beside you who knows why it's hard.

I know what gets in the way every time you've tried. I've been stopped by all of it myself, many times. The vulnerability of being seen, the pressure to get it right, and the behind-the-scenes fear that maybe you're not ready after all.

When you're ready to tell it, I promise I'll be here.
